Meet je zelf in bij de klant, bestel je zorgvuldig en zorg je dat onze monteurs met een complete montagemap op pad gaan? Dan zoeken wij jou. Werkvoorbereider vacature MN kozijn WIE ZIJN WIJ? MN Kozijn verkoopt en monteert kunststof en aluminium kozijnen, deuren en schuifpuien. Vanuit Vught werken we dagelijks aan mooie projecten bij vooral particuliere klanten. Om onze organisatie verder te versterken zoeken we een Inmeter/Werkvoorbereider die een belangrijke schakel wordt tussen verkoop, kantoor en montage. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: ✔ Zelfstandig inmeten bij klanten en de bestaande situatie beoordelen ✔ Verkochte producten controleren aan de hand van offertes, tekeningen en klantafspraken ✔ Kozijnen technisch uitwerken en bestellen bij PROFEL en andere leveranciers ✔ Aanvullende materialen bestellen, zoals vensterbanken, dorpels, afwerkprofielen en horren ✔ Orderbevestigingen controleren en levertijden bewaken ✔ Complete montagemappen maken voor de monteurs ✔ Levertijden afstemmen met de montageplanning en knelpunten op tijd signaleren ✔ Klanten tijdens het inmeten duidelijk uitleggen wat technisch wel en niet kan ✔ Monteurs ondersteunen bij technische vragen We zoeken iemand die het in één keer goed doet Bij ons staat niet alleen snelheid centraal, maar vooral het in één keer goed doen. Een goede voorbereiding zorgt voor tevreden klanten, gemotiveerde monteurs en minder herstelwerk. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over hoe het beter kan. Denk aan de overdracht vanuit verkoop, inmeetformulieren en montagemappen, bestelprocedures en kansen om meer te digitaliseren. Wie zoeken wij?
