Bij La Lorraine Bakery Group, een toonaangevend bedrijf in de voedingsindustrie, krijg je de kans om een cruciale rol te spelen binnen de technische dienst. In deze functie combineer je technische expertise, planning en organisatie in een dynamische werkomgeving waar innovatie, kwaliteit en teamwork centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving

Als Werkvoorbereider in Antwerpen ben je de spilfiguur in het voorbereiden, organiseren en opvolgen van onderhouds- en verbeteringsprojecten. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak verlopen alle werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Organiseren, voorbereiden en opvolgen van onderhoudsprojecten en ongeplande technische werken.
  • Uitvoeren van opmetingen en technisch onderzoek om de juiste onderdelen en materialen tijdig te bestellen.
  • Beheren van het magazijn voor reserveonderdelen, inclusief voorraadcontrole en optimalisatie.
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen van A tot Z, waaronder laden en lossen van onderdelen.
  • Actief zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers en onderdelen om kwaliteit en kosten te optimaliseren.
  • Beheren van revisie-onderdelen en organiseren van transporten naar externe ateliers.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden tijdens werkzaamheden en indien nodig zelf operationeel bijspringen.
  • Communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de technische dienst.
  • Contact onderhouden met externe hulplijnen bij technische stilstanden.
  • Meewerken aan de implementatie van SAP Plant Maintenance voor een efficiënte digitale opvolging.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het lezen, analyseren en interpreteren van technische plannen en tekeningen.
  • Je kan materiaallijsten opstellen en bent vertrouwd met het bestellen van onderdelen en grondstoffen.
  • Je beschikt over een attest voor heftruck en elektrisch transpallet, of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Excel, Word en Outlook.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook perfect binnen een team.
