Als Werkvoorbereider Machinebouw ben jij de spil tussen de engineeringafdeling en de productievloer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat technische tekeningen worden vertaald naar haalbare productieplannen en dat alle benodigde materialen, gereedschappen en informatie op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, productiemedewerkers en inkoop om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten volgens planning en binnen budget worden gerealiseerd. Jouw technische inzicht en organisatorische vaardigheden zorgen ervoor dat complexe machinebouwprojecten soepel verlopen. In deze functie krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen richting een rol als Senior Werkvoorbereider of Projectleider. De organisatie biedt uitgebreide mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke en professionele groei, zoals technische trainingen, cursussen op het gebied van projectmanagement en de mogelijkheid om internationale projecten te begeleiden. Daarnaast kun je doorgroeien naar een functie waarin je meer verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor het aansturen van projectteams of het optimaliseren van productieprocessen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Vertalen van technische tekeningen naar productieplannen en werkbonnen; - Samenstellen van stuklijsten en bepalen van de benodigde materialen en onderdelen; - Plannen en coördineren van productieactiviteiten in samenwerking met de productieafdeling; - Aanvragen van offertes bij leveranciers en bewaken van levertijden; - Signaleren van knelpunten in het productieproces en voorstellen van verbeteringen; - Onderhouden van contact met engineers, inkoop en productiemedewerkers; - Bewaken van de voortgang van projecten en rapporteren aan de projectleider.
