Als werkvoorbereider ben je de schakel tussen engineering en productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle machinebouwprojecten technisch en logistiek perfect worden voorbereid, zodat de productie efficiënt en volgens planning kan verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, engineers en de werkplaats om complexe automatiseringsprojecten tot een succes te maken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van technische tekeningen naar werkbare productieplanningen en zorgt dat alle benodigde materialen, onderdelen en informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de productie als er technische vragen of onduidelijkheden zijn. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het productieproces en draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van werkprocessen. Door jouw voorbereidend werk kunnen de monteurs en technici hun werk efficiënt uitvoeren en worden projecten op tijd en binnen budget opgeleverd. Jouw taken in deze functie: - Technische voorbereiding van machinebouwprojecten op basis van engineeringtekeningen en specificaties; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplanningen en productieschema's voor de werkplaats; - Inkoop en planning van materialen, onderdelen en halffabricaten in overleg met leveranciers; - Coördineren van de materiaalstroom en zorgen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van componenten; - Technische ondersteuning bieden aan de productie bij vragen over tekeningen en assemblage; - Bewaken van voortgang en doorlooptijden in samenwerking met projectleiders; - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief meedenken over procesverbeteringen.
