Als Werkvoorbereider Machinebouw ben jij de spil tussen engineering en de productievloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle technische informatie, materialen en processen op orde zijn voordat de productie start. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, engineers en de productieafdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat complexe automatiseringsprojecten vlekkeloos verlopen. Je analyseert technische tekeningen, stelt productieschema's op en zorgt dat alle benodigde onderdelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de productie bij technische vragen en draag je actief bij aan procesverbeteringen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: - Analyseren en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en constructiegegevens voor machinebouwprojecten; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplannen en productieschema's in overleg met projectleiders; - Samenstellen van stuklijsten en inkoopaanvragen voor benodigde materialen en componenten; - Coördineren van de materiaalstroom en bewaken van levertijden in samenwerking met inkoop; - Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor de productieafdeling tijdens de realisatiefase; - Signaleren van knelpunten in het productieproces en proactief meedenken over oplossingen; - Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van werkvoorbereiding en productieprocessen.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. De organisatie investeert actief in de groei van haar medewerkers door middel van opleidingen en trainingen. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als Senior Werkvoorbereider of Projectleider, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over complete projecten en de aansturing van collega's. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om je te specialiseren in specifieke technische domeinen zoals robotica of besturingssystemen.
