Jij zorgt dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden goed voorbereid en op tijd uitgevoerd worden. Van werkvergunningen en materialen tot externe partijen en shutdowns: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles klopt. Wat ga je doen? Onze klant werkt aan een betrouwbare en veilige productieomgeving. Jij bereidt onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor aan onder andere utilities, HVAC, productieapparatuur en randapparatuur. Je schakelt met productie, maintenance, leveranciers en externe partijen. Ook zorg je dat multidisciplinaire shutdowns binnen de afgesproken planning worden uitgevoerd. Jouw werkzaamheden - Beoordelen en prioriteren van binnenkomend onderhoudswerk en storingen in het CMMS; - Maken van werkopdrachten, planningen en werkverdelingen; - Aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes en inkopen van opdrachten; - Voorbereiden van werkvergunningen, LOTO-procedures en Taak Risico Analyses; - Plannen van werkzaamheden in overleg met productie; - Regelen van materialen, spare parts, gereedschappen en interne of externe capaciteit; - Functioneel aansturen van Maintenance Technicians tijdens geplande werkzaamheden; - Begeleiden van externe firma's en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe partijen; - Coördineren van multidisciplinaire shutdowns en Maintenance & Reliability-projecten; - Controleren van uitgevoerd werk, kosten en de voortgang; - Signaleren van verbeteringen en deze onderbouwen met data; - Documenteren van werkzaamheden, schrijven van werkinstructies en rapporteren van resultaten.
