Ben jij een technisch talent met een passie voor afwisseling en projectmatig werken? Voor een dynamisch outsourcingbedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in technische projecten, zoeken wij een Werkvoorbereider Mechanica + Elektriciteit.

Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar een warme, hartelijke sfeer heerst en waar je direct wordt opgenomen in het team. Omdat het om outsourcing gaat, is jouw werkplek nooit saai: je werkt aan uitdagende, langdurige projecten (minimaal 6 maanden per project) die zich altijd binnen een comfortabele reisafstand van maximaal 45 minuten van jouw deur bevinden. Bovendien sta je er niet alleen voor; je krijgt vanaf dag één een Technical Supervisor als coach die jou ondersteunt in je professionele groei!

🛠️ Jouw dag als Werkvoorbereider Mechanica + Elektriciteit

In deze rol ben jij de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat technische projecten en onderhoudswerken op wieltjes lopen. Jouw fieldervaring komt hier perfect van pas. Een greep uit jouw veelzijdige takenpakket:

  • Plannen & Organiseren: Je plant en organiseert onderhoudswerken en technische projecten nauwkeurig in. Samen met de plannings- en productieverantwoordelijke zorg je voor een waterdichte planning.
  • Logistiek & Inkoop: Je zorgt ervoor dat er altijd voldoende werkkrachten zijn en dat de benodigde materialen tijdig besteld of vrijgemaakt worden vanuit logistiek en aankoop.
  • Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: Je volgt op de werf nauwgezet op of alle werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief verlopen, zowel door interne collega's als externe medewerkers.
  • Administratie & Rapportering: Je handelt de werkdossiers administratief af, maakt werkorders aan in het CRM-systeem en zorgt voor een heldere interne rapportering.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring opgedaan als werkvoorbereider en beschikt over de nodige fieldervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke, diepgaande technische kennis van zowel elektriciteit als mechanica (kennis van motoren en elektrische componenten is een must; ervaring met hydraulica en pneumatica is een mooie plus).
  • Je hebt ervaring met AutoCad of Inventor (minstens één van de twee).
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van andere talen is een leuk extraatje.
  • Je houdt van projectmatig werken en bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
