Je krijgt de kans om jouw technische kennis en organisatorische vaardigheden dagelijks in te zetten binnen een professionele omgeving.

Belangrijk: In het kader van de selectieprocedure dien je rekening te houden met het afleggen van technische testen.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij technisch sterk, organisatorisch aangelegd en gebeten door mechanisch onderhoud? Haal je voldoening uit het voorbereiden en coördineren van technische werkzaamheden en zorg je er graag voor dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt? Dan is deze functie als Werkvoorbereider Mechanical Maintenance misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

In deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de onderhoudsdienst, productie, engineering en externe partners. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding en opvolging kunnen onderhouds- en verbeteringswerken vlot en veilig worden uitgevoerd.

Takenpakket

  • Je bereidt onderhouds-, herstel-, wijzigings- en verbeteringswerken aan productie-installaties voor, coördineert ze en volgt ze op van ontwerp tot oplevering.
  • Je verzamelt technische documentatie, maakt werkorders en aankoopaanvragen op en bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je vraagt offertes aan bij leveranciers en aannemers, analyseert en vergelijkt deze en stelt technische lastenboeken op.
  • Je plant de benodigde materialen en onderdelen, controleert de beschikbaarheid en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen tijdig worden geleverd.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste reserveonderdelen voor nieuwe toestellen in SAP worden opgenomen.
  • Je coördineert externe aannemers en technische dienstverleners en volgt hun werkzaamheden op het terrein op, met bijzondere aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu.
  • Je licht geplande werkzaamheden toe, vraagt werkvergunningen aan en volgt deze op. Daarnaast ondersteun je de Mechanical Maintenance Supervisors bij hun dagelijkse operationele activiteiten wanneer nodig.

Profielomschrijving

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma Elektromechanica of Mechanica, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt een ruime kennis van en ervaring met mechanisch onderhoud.
  • Je hebt een sterk veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn en handelt steeds verantwoordelijk.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en weet verschillende werkzaamheden efficiënt te plannen en op te volgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, waaronder Excel, Word en Outlook.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
