The posting

Gebouwen worden steeds slimmer. Verwarming, ventilatie, koeling, verlichting en energiebeheer worden aangestuurd door geavanceerde regeltechnische systemen. Als Werkvoorbereider Meet- en Regeltechniek zorg jij ervoor dat deze projecten technisch en organisatorisch perfect voorbereid zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, engineers, programmeurs, leveranciers en monteurs. Vanaf de voorbereiding tot en met de uitvoering houd jij overzicht, bewaak je de planning en zorg je ervoor dat alle benodigde materialen, documenten en informatie op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Dankzij jouw inzet verlopen projecten bij zorginstellingen, overheidsgebouwen, scholen en industriële gebouwen soepel en kunnen collega's buiten efficiënt en veilig werken. Dit ga je doen Je verzorgt de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van meet- en regeltechnische projecten. Je stelt werkplanningen op en bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden. Je bestelt materialen en stemt levertijden af met leveranciers. Je controleert technische tekeningen, schema's en projectdocumentatie. Je ondersteunt projectleiders bij calculaties, meer- en minderwerk en projectadministratie. Je onderhoudt contact met monteurs, engineers en externe partners om de uitvoering soepel te laten verlopen. Je signaleert knelpunten tijdig en komt met praktische oplossingen. Natuurlijk vragen we ook wat van jou Misschien heb je al ruime ervaring binnen de meet- en regeltechniek of werk je momenteel als werkvoorbereider binnen de branche en wil je je verder specialiseren. Belangrijker dan een perfecte checklist vinden we jouw technische interesse, organisatietalent en drive om projecten succesvol te laten verlopen. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Je hebt een opleiding afgerond op mbo- of hbo-niveau richting Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering, Meet- en Regeltechniek of vergelijkbaar. Je kunt technische tekeningen en schema's lezen en beoordelen. Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht over meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk. Ervaring binnen gebouwgebonden installaties of meet- en regeltechniek is een sterke pré. Jouw team Je werkt binnen een hecht team van projectleiders, engineers, werkvoorbereiders en technici die dagelijks samenwerken aan uitdagende projecten in Noord-Nederland. De lijnen zijn kort en collega's weten elkaar gemakkelijk te vinden. Er is veel ruimte om vragen te stellen, kennis te delen en van elkaar te leren. Of je nu al jaren ervaring hebt of jezelf verder wilt ontwikkelen binnen de meet- en regeltechniek, je kunt rekenen op begeleiding van ervaren collega's die graag hun kennis met je delen.
