In deze functie bereid je projecten voor binnen de telecominfrastructuur en houd je overzicht over planning, engineering en uitvoering. Je schakelt makkelijk met monteurs, uitvoerders en andere betrokkenen en zorgt dat projecten soepel verlopen. Je werkt samen met een hecht team van werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en de teamleider op de locatie in Tilburg. Onze opdrachtgever bouwt aan de vitale infrastructuur van de toekomst. De organisatie realiseert glasvezelnetwerken, mobiele 5G-netwerken, digitale meters, laadpalen en versterkingen van het elektriciteitsnet. Je komt terecht bij een internationaal groeiende organisatie waar samenwerking en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische en administratieve voorbereiding van projecten. Je zorgt voor een haalbare planning, de juiste materialen en een goede afstemming met alle betrokken partijen. Daarnaast verzorg je de engineering van je eigen projecten en begeleid je monteurs tijdens de uitvoering. - Je plant en organiseert de inzet van monteurs per deelgebied samen met de uitvoerder. - Je beheert voorlopige en definitieve plandata. - Je bereidt schouwen voor en bewaakt de naleving van kwaliteitseisen. - Je bestelt materialen, beheert voorraden en controleert revisies. - Je vraagt vergunningen aan en bereidt bodemchecks voor. - Je stuurt op KPI's, rekent aansluitingen af en ondersteunt de teamleider administratief.
