Als Werkvoorbereider Nieuwbouw ben je betrokken bij het voortraject tot aan de oplevering van bouwprojecten, een aanzienlijke verantwoordelijkheid! Spreekt deze uitdaging jou aan? Solliciteer dan direct! Dit zijn jouw werkzaamheden:

- Controleren van werktekeningen en technische berekeningen op juistheid en uitvoerbaarheid; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers voor een efficiënte uitvoering; - Het bewaken van de voortgang, planning en kosten gedurende het hele bouwproject; - Opstellen van opleverdossiers, revisietekeningen en kwaliteitsrapportages voor een correcte projectafronding; - Voorbereiden en organiseren van bouwplaatslogistiek, inclusief materiaalplanning en levermomenten.

Bij deze ervaren rol zijn bepaalde vaardigheden essentieel. Heb jij sterke probleemoplossende capaciteiten, kun je goed omgaan met stress, werk je effectief samen in een team en beschik je over leiderschapskwaliteiten? Naast deze eigenschappen zijn de volgende punten ook van belang:

- Minimaal drie jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider; - Mbo- of hbo-diploma in bouwkunde; - Affiniteit met IT en bekend met de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen; - In het bezit van een rijbewijs B; - In het bezit van VCA VOL, dan wel de bereidheid dit gratis via FLEOX te behalen!
