Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil tussen tekentafel en bouwplaats. Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid worden, zodat de uitvoering soepel verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met calculatie, projectleiding en de uitvoerders op de bouwplaats. Jouw planning en voorbereiding bepalen het succes van elk project. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van bestekken, het maken van gedetailleerde werkplanningen en het aanvragen van de benodigde vergunningen. Ook zorg je voor de inkoop van materialen en het coördineren van onderaannemers. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Uitwerken van bestekken tot uitvoeringsgereed niveau en vertalen naar werkbare planningen; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplanningen en materiaallijsten voor de uitvoering; - Aanvragen en bewaken van benodigde vergunningen en meldingen; - Inkoop en planning van materialen, materieel en onderaannemers; - Afstemming met projectleiders, uitvoerders en calculatie over de voortgang; - Bewaken van budgetten en signaleren van mogelijke risicos in de voorbereiding; - Technisch adviseren over uitvoeringsmethoden en bouwkundige oplossingen.

Binnen deze functie krijg je de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. De organisatie investeert graag in haar medewerkers door middel van opleidingen en cursussen. Denk aan BIM-software, nieuwe bouwmethoden of leiderschapstrainingen. Er zijn concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld Senior Werkvoorbereider of Projectleider. Jouw ambitie en inzet bepalen hoe snel je doorgroeit binnen de organisatie.
