Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil tussen tekening en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch perfect zijn voorbereid, zodat de uitvoering soepel kan verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat alles op tijd en binnen budget wordt gerealiseerd. Jouw werk begint al in de ontwerpfase en loopt door tot aan de oplevering. Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces en hebt daardoor een grote invloed op het eindresultaat. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Het uitwerken van bestekken en technische tekeningen tot uitvoeringsgereed niveau; - Het maken van gedetailleerde calculaties en materiaalberekeningen; - Het aanvragen van offertes bij onderaannemers en leveranciers en het beoordelen daarvan; - Het opstellen van werkplanningen en het bewaken van de planning tijdens de uitvoering; - Het verzorgen van de inkoop van materialen en het afstemmen van leveringen; - Het adviseren van projectleiders en uitvoerders over technische en logistieke vraagstukken; - Het signaleren van risico's en het proactief meedenken over oplossingen.

Naast je dagelijkse werkzaamheden krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Het bedrijf investeert graag in de groei van zijn medewerkers. Denk aan opleidingen op het gebied van BIM, duurzaam bouwen of projectmanagement. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een rol als Senior Werkvoorbereider of Projectleider, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en capaciteiten. Je wordt actief gestimuleerd om cursussen te volgen en je kennis te verbreden, zodat je jezelf blijft ontwikkelen en uitdagen.
