Rotterdam Meer details Werkvoorbereider Nieuwbouw Profiel Als Werkvoorbereider speel je een cruciale rol in de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van nieuwbouwprojecten. In nauwe samenwerking met het projectteam zorg je ervoor dat elk project van start tot oplevering vlekkeloos verloopt. Jouw taken omvatten onder meer: - Projectplanning en bewaking : Je stelt de projectplanningen op en bewaakt ze zorgvuldig om tijdige en soepele uitvoering te waarborgen. - Technische nauwkeurigheid : Je beheert en controleert technische documenten, bestekken en tekeningen met precisie en zorgt ervoor dat elk detail klopt. - Onderhandeling en selectie : Je vraagt offertes aan en beoordeelt deze op basis van kosten en kwaliteit om de beste keuzes te maken voor het project. - Financiële verantwoordelijkheid : Je stelt werkbegrotingen op en signaleert afwijkingen om de financiële balans van het project te bewaken. - Multidisciplinaire coördinatie : Je zorgt ervoor dat de samenwerking tussen verschillende disciplines soepel verloopt. - Inkoopmanagement : Je regelt en begeleidt het inkoopproces, waardoor de juiste leveranciers en materialen worden gekozen. - Rapportage en voortgang : Je houdt het projectteam op de hoogte door voortgangsrapportages in bouwvergaderingen. - Kwaliteitsbewaking : Je waarborgt de kwaliteit, planning en kosten tijdens de projectuitvoering met een scherp oog voor detail. - Relatiebeheer : Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers om de samenwerking optimaal te laten verlopen. Vereisten - voorkeur in Bouwkunde; - Inzicht in bouwprocessen, kennis van bouwmaterialen en bekendheid met relevante wet- en regelgeving; - Ervaring met softwareprogramma's zoals AutoCAD, Revit, en Solibri; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
