Ben jij een ervaren werkvoorbereider die graag betrokken is bij uitdagende nieuwbouwprojecten? Houd jij het overzicht, werk je gestructureerd en zorg jij ervoor dat ieder project tot in de puntjes is voorbereid? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor een gerenommeerde aannemer in Noord-Holland zoeken wij een Werkvoorbereider Nieuwbouw. In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het bouwteam en zorg je ervoor dat de uitvoering optimaal van start kan gaan. Jij bent de verbindende factor tussen de uitvoering, projectleiding en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat alles op het juiste moment beschikbaar is. Als Werkvoorbereider Nieuwbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goede voorbereiding en ondersteuning van diverse bouwprojecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Voorbereiden en coördineren van nieuwbouwprojecten van start tot oplevering; - Zorgen dat tekeningen, BIM-modellen, materialen en projectgegevens tijdig beschikbaar zijn; - Signaleren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van contractstukken en het verwerken van meer- en minderwerk; - Voorbereiden van de inkoop van materialen en het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van de planning, voortgang en projectadministratie; - Controleren van de urenregistratie van bouwplaatspersoneel en de inzet van materieel; - Intensief samenwerken met uitvoerders, projectleiders en andere betrokken collega's. Wat heb je nodig? Voor deze functie zoeken wij een werkvoorbereider die nauwkeurig werkt en sterk is in plannen en organiseren.
