Als Werkvoorbereider Nieuwbouw in Arnhem werk je vanaf het ontwerp aan complexe woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt mee over oplossingen en verbindt ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering. Samen met de Projectleider vertaal je ontwerpen naar haalbare, veilige en financieel beheersbare plannen. Je organiseert werkzaamheden zorgvuldig, houdt overzicht en stemt helder af met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs, leveranciers en uitvoering. - Uitwerken van ontwerpen voor gestapelde woningbouw, woningen en utiliteitsbouw - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit, risico's en uitvoerbaarheid - Coördineren van inkoop, meer- en minderwerk, materialen en manuren - Begeleiden van projecten vanaf ontwerp tot en met realisatie - Overtuigen van betrokken partijen met onderbouwde, praktische oplossingen Functie-eisen Je bent een nauwkeurige bouwprofessional die initiatief neemt en graag verantwoordelijkheid draagt. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen details en het grotere projectbelang, luistert naar verschillende perspectieven en werkt resultaatgericht aan een beheersbaar bouwproces.
