Werkvoorbereider Nieuwbouw - Zwijndrecht - 40 uur - In loondienst - €4250 - €5400 Ben jij een ervaren werkvoorbereider die bouwprojecten vlekkeloos voorbereidt? Functieomschrijving Als werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil tussen tekening en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk project goed voorbereid de bouwplaats opgaat, zodat de uitvoerders en ploegen hun werk soepel kunnen doen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Jouw voorbereiding bepaalt voor een groot deel het succes van het project. Deze organisatie onderscheidt zich door de sterke focus op duurzaam en betaalbaar bouwen. Ze hebben een eigen bouwmethode ontwikkeld waarmee ze voor vrijwel elke bouwopgave een passende oplossing kunnen bieden.
