Je werkt in projectteams en houdt grip op planning, kosten en kwaliteit. Een rol waarin techniek en samenwerking samenkomen bij grote nieuwbouwprojecten. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider Nieuwbouw Projecten werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan grootschalige projecten binnen de woning- en utiliteitsbouw. Je maakt deel uit van projectteams en zorgt voor een sterke voorbereiding van ieder bouwproject. Je stelt planningen op en bewaakt deze gedurende het hele traject. Daarnaast vraag je offertes aan bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en vergelijk je deze op prijs, kwaliteit en levertijd. Je controleert bouwtekeningen en bestekken en zorgt dat alle technische details kloppen voordat de uitvoering start. Ook signaleer je risico's, afwijkingen en mogelijke knelpunten in een vroeg stadium. Binnen de projectteams heb je veel contact met de projectleider, uitvoerders, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen. Je stemt werkzaamheden goed af zodat alles volgens planning verloopt. Eén keer per week bezoek je samen met de projectleider de bouwlocaties om de voortgang te controleren en de praktijk te toetsen aan de voorbereiding. Tijdens deze bezoeken signaleer je verbeterpunten en stuur je bij waar nodig. Als Werkvoorbereider Complexe Nieuwbouw Projecten zorg je daarnaast dat materialen en materieel tijdig beschikbaar zijn op de bouwplaats. Je verwerkt wijzigingen in de planning en documentatie en houdt de projectadministratie nauwkeurig bij.
