Dan is deze functie als (Senior) Werkvoorbereider Bouw echt iets voor jou! Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een grote bouwer in de regio Flevoland, Utrecht, Noord en Zuid Holland. Betreft een vaste baan, direct in dienst bij onze opdrachtgever. Functie Jouw rol als (Senior) Werkvoorbereider Bouw Als werkvoorbereider zorg jij ervoor dat bouwprojecten soepel verlopen, van ontwerp tot oplevering. Je werkt aan innovatieve woningbouw- en transformatieprojecten in binnenstedelijke gebieden, zoals de herontwikkeling van kantoren tot wooncomplexen in stedelijke locaties. Dankzij jouw strakke planning, technische kennis en organisatorische skills loopt de uitvoering op rolletjes. - Jij bent de spil in het bouwproces en schakelt tussen ontwerp, inkoop, uitvoering en onderaannemers. - Je zorgt voor een efficiënte werkvoorbereiding, waardoor materialen, tekeningen en vergunningen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, kosten en planning, en denkt actief mee over bouwmethodieken en duurzaamheid. Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen en bewaken van werk- en uitvoeringsplannen - Inkopen van materialen en onderhandelen met leveranciers en onderaannemers - Technische uitwerking van projecten in samenwerking met engineers en tekenaars - Coördineren van vergunningen, bouwtekeninge...
