Met de realisatie van het nieuwe Bravis Ziekenhuis wordt een van de meest geavanceerde, duurzame en technisch complexe zorgcomplexen van Nederland gebouwd. Wil jij als werkvoorbereider de technische regie voeren over dit bepalende en spraakmakende utiliteitsproject? Voor een van de leidende hoofd-aannemers binnen het bouwconsortium zoeken wij een ervaren werkvoorbereider utiliteitsbouw. Het nieuwe Bravis is een hoogwaardige, toekomstbestendige nieuwbouwopgave waarin de allernieuwste medische technologieën, duurzaamheidsnormen en industriële bouwmethodieken samenkomen. Het project wordt gerealiseerd door een krachtig consortium van landelijk vooraanstaande bouwondernemingen en installatiespecialisten. Binnen dit multidisciplinaire team werk je nauw samen met top-engineers, projectleiders, installatiepartners en de uitvoering. Er heerst een gedreven, professionele werksfeer waarin de lat hoog ligt, maar waar samenwerking en vakmanschap centraal staan. Vragen? Neem contact op met Martijn Burghoorn Wat je doet als Werkvoorbereider nieuwbouw ziekenhuis Als werkvoorbereider zorg jij voor de complete en vlekkeloze technische voorbereiding van de bouwkundige onderdelen van het ziekenhuis. Jij bewaakt de integrale samenhang en zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen precies weten wat er wanneer moet gebeuren. Jouw kerntaken: - Het uitwerken en controleren van werktekeningen, detailberekeningen, bouwkundige aansluitingen en leveranciersdocumenten - Opstellen en bewaken van de (deel)planningen en de logistieke afstemming op de bouwplaats voor de verschillende bouwfasen - Het aanvragen, spiegelen en technisch afstemmen van offertes en opdrachten bij onderaannemers en leveranciers - Intensief schakelen met de E- en W-installatiepartners binnen het consortium om een n...
