Als werkvoorbereider werk je mee aan de realisatie van het nieuwe Bravis ziekenhuis op De Bulkenaar in Roosendaal. Vier gebouwdelen, veel verschillende functies en een nauwe samenhang tussen bouw en installatietechniek maken dit een project waarop je als werkvoorbereider echt je technische kennis kwijt kunt. Een ziekenhuis van circa 75.000 m² Op De Bulkenaar in Roosendaal wordt een compleet nieuw ziekenhuis gerealiseerd. Het gebouw krijgt een oppervlakte van circa 75.000 m² en bestaat uit vier gebouwdelen rond een centraal hart. De verschillende ziekenhuisfuncties, bouwkundige onderdelen en technische installaties moeten uiteindelijk één goed functionerend gebouw vormen. Bouw en installatietechniek worden daarom nauw op elkaar afgestemd. Ook duurzaamheid en flexibiliteit spelen een belangrijke rol. Het ziekenhuis wordt zo ontworpen en gebouwd dat het in de toekomst kan meebewegen met veranderingen in de zorg. Groen, daglicht, daktuinen en de verbinding met het omliggende landschapspark maken onderdeel uit van het ontwerp. Voor een werkvoorbereider betekent dit vooral veel technische raakvlakken.
