Op een duurzame en innovatieve wijze worden advies, ontwikkeling, bouw, w- en e-installatie, onderhoud en beheer integraal aangewend om de wensen van hun klanten optimaal in te kunnen vullen. Bij onze opdrachtgever zijn ca. 300 medewerkers werkzaam. De kernactiviteit van hen is van oudsher woningbouw. Daarnaast zijn zij succesvol actief op het gebied van zorg en onderwijs. 70% grondgebonden woningen, ca. 30% appartementen/utiliteitsbouw Functie inhoud In de functie van werkvoorbereider werk je zelfstandig aan de voorbereiding en begeleiding van de aan jou toegewezen onderhoud- en renovatieprojecten van begin tot eind. Tot jouw taken behoren onder andere: - Het controleren van gegevens op technische uitvoerbaarheid, regelgeving en wettelijke normen; - Het opstellen en bewaken van voorbereidings- en inkoopschema's; - Het bijhouden van het meer- en minderwerk; - Onderhouden van contacten met de onderaannemers en regelen van de gehele documentenstroom; - Verantwoordelijkheid over de gehele technische werkvoorbereiding. Functie eisen - Afgeronde MBO- /HBO Bouwkunde opleiding of gelijkwaardig - Aanvullende opleidingen op het gebied van werkvoorbereiding organisatie - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in de werkvoorbereiding organisatie van O&R projecten - Beschikt over een gedegen automatiseringskennis; - Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving; - Klantgericht, kostenbewust en resultaatgericht; - Doortastend en durft beslissingen te nemen; Geboden wordt - Goede primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd; - Een uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid; - Leerzame werkomgeving; - Veel doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie; - Uitdagende projecten; Over Propylon Logo PropylonLogo...
