Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten en onderhoud in Beuningen, Ewijk, Winssen en Weurt goed voorbereid zijn, zodat collega's en uitvoerders hun werk soepel kunnen doen. Jij doet 't gewoon Als werkvoorbereider openbare ruimte bereid je werkzaamheden voor die bijdragen aan goed beheer van de openbare ruimte. Je zorgt dat technische informatie klopt, dat plannen goed zijn uitgewerkt en dat betrokkenen met de juiste gegevens aan de slag kunnen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - opstellen bestekstekeningen en technische specificaties; - maken van ramingen en kostencalculaties; - voorbereiden van werkzaamheden in de openbare ruimte; - uitvoeren van eenvoudige landmeetkundige werkzaamheden; - ondersteunen van de toezichthouder als achtervang. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen team Beheer openbare ruimte en stemt af met andere afdelingen. Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, zorgvuldig werkt en makkelijk schakelt tussen voorbereiding, uitvoering en afstemming. Wie zijn wij? Je komt terecht in het team Beheer binnen de afdeling Belastingen en Buitenruimte. Hier werk je samen met beheerders, toezichthouders en collega's van de gemeentewerf aan de kwaliteit van de openbare ruimte. Het team kent een open en informele werksfeer waarin collega's elkaar gemakkelijk weten te vinden en samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is. We maken graag een praatje over het weekend en lopen makkel...
