Dan is dit jouw kans om techniek, duurzaamheid en samenwerking samen te brengen in een omgeving waar écht iets gebeurt. Als Werkvoorbereider speel je een sleutelrol in de voorbereiding, planning en verbetering van onderhoud aan onze installaties. Voor onze afdeling Organisch op de locatie Venlo zoeken we een werkvoorbereider die energie krijgt van techniek, overzicht en samenwerken. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving met werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties, waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Vanuit jouw rol zorg je dat onderhoud goed wordt voorbereid, slim wordt gepland en veilig kan worden uitgevoerd. Je schakelt met monteurs, contractors, leveranciers en collega's uit de operatie, en zorgt dat mens, materiaal en informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen onderhoud, productie, inkoop en externe partijen. Samen met je collega's bepaal je welke onderhoudsbehoefte er is, vertaal je dit naar praktische onderhoudsplannen en borg je dat afspraken met derden worden nagekomen. Daarnaast houd je SAP PM actueel, stel je procedures en werkinstructies op en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de beschikbaarheid, veiligheid en compliance van de installaties. Kortom: een veelzijdige functie voor iemand die graag vooruitdenkt, organiseert en impact maakt in een duurzame productieomgeving.
