The posting

Als werkvoorbereider zorg je voor een feilloze voorbereidende fase ter ondersteuning van de operations onsite. Je werkt continu nauw samen met engineering, uitvoering en inkoop en dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen monteurs veilig, efficiënt en zonder verrassingen hun job uitvoeren.

De projecten liggen zijn onder andere onderhoudsstops in de (petro)chemie, industrie en energiesector.

Je werkt aan de contractorzijde en houdt overzicht: wat moet er gebeuren, wanneer, met welke mensen en met welk materiaal? Jij regelt het.

  • Je onderhandelt offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en stemt dit af met inkoop.
  • Je bent continu in overleg met met engineering, uitvoering, planning en QA om alles goed op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Zie je afwijkingen in scope, planning of kosten? Dan trek jij op tijd aan de bel en kom je met oplossingen.
  • Je stelt werkpakketten op voor mechanische en piping-werkzaamheden en houdt deze up-to-date.
  • Je leest en controleert technische tekeningen zoals isometrieën, P&ID’s en andere specificaties.
  • Je bepaalt welke materialen, gereedschappen, equipment en manuren nodig zijn.
  • Je maakt werkinstructies, risicoanalyses (TRA’s), hijsplannen en andere uitvoeringsdocumenten.
  • Je bewaakt het materiaalproces: van bestelling tot levering op de werkplek.
  • Tijdens de uitvoering blijf je betrokken en neem je deel aan werkoverleggen en voortgangsbesprekingen.
  • Veiligheid staat altijd voorop: jij zorgt dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieueisen.

Wat je meebrengt:

  • Ervaring piping is een must.
  • Een technisch diploma is een grote plus maar geen must
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider, planner of engineer in een industriële omgeving.
  • Kennis van normen en richtlijnen zoals ASME, EN, PED en API.
  • Piping is inhoudelijk goed te doen, maar het is wel veel — jij kunt daar structuur in aanbrengen.
  • Ervaring met werkvoorbereidings- en planningssystemen (zoals SAP, Primavera, MS Project of Boomerang).
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen en laspakketten lezen en beoordelen.
  • Je communiceert makkelijk, werkt praktisch en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Veilig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend; je hebt een geldig VCA Vol-certificaat.
