Als Werkvoorbereider Planmatig Onderhoud en Verduurzaming krijg je bij onze opdrachtgever de kans om de sleutelfiguur te zijn in omvangrijke en uitdagende renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten. De projecten zijn voornamelijk in opdracht van woningcorporaties, en jouw werk is van cruciaal belang voor het succes van deze projecten. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige werkvoorbereidingsproces, met inbegrip van: - Het opstellen van projectplannen en gedetailleerde werkbegrotingen; - Ontwikkeling van werkinstructies en kwaliteitsregistraties; - Zorgdragen voor projectplanning en coördinatie; - Beheer van meer- en minderwerk, kosten en kwaliteitsborging; - Voortdurende communicatie met opdrachtgevers, bewoners, toezichthouders, leveranciers en samenwerkingspartners. Je bewaakt de tevredenheid van bewoners en opdrachtgevers nauwgezet en zorgt voor een tijdige afhandeling van projecten. Dit alles doe je in nauwe samenwerking met de projectleider en de uitvoerder. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je beschikt over Mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt een gepassioneerde en klantgerichte persoonlijkheid; - Je beschikt over bouwkundige kennis en ervaring in renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten; - Je bent communicatief zeer vaardig.
