Je werkt projecten uit in een duidelijke werkbegroting en planning op basis van informatie uit de calculatie en planvoorbereiding. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inkopen van materialen en het verzorgen van een goede projectvoorbereiding. Samen met de uitvoering stel je de uitvoeringsplanning op en zorg je per project voor de budgettaire en financiële verslaglegging, de nacalculatie en de coördinatie van de projectadministratie. Je fungeert als rechterhand van de projectleider en werkt nauw samen met een collega werkvoorbereider, van wie je ook begeleiding en ondersteuning ontvangt. Samen draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen ontwikkeling en groei binnen de functie. Wie je bent (of wil worden) • Je hebt mbo of hbo werk- en denkniveau. • Je hebt affiniteit met bouwkunde en/of vastgoedonderhoud. • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met Gilde/Handsoft Pro of soortgelijke software, of je bent bereid dit te leren. • Je bent administratief en digitaal vaardig. • Je werkt nauwkeurig en accuraat. • Je hebt de motivatie om te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
