Heleblitz beschermt gebouwen in heel België met slimme oplossingen voor bliksembeveiliging; als Werkvoorbereider-Planner ben jij de spil tussen voorbereiding, planning en uitvoering.

Als Werkvoorbereider-Planner ben jij de schakel die ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen klopt. Je vertaalt werfdossiers naar een duidelijke planning, stemt af met monteurs en projectleiders en zorgt ervoor dat installaties, interventies en herstellingen efficiënt verlopen. In een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is, maak jij het verschil met jouw technisch inzicht, organisatietalent en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leest werfdossiers in en haalt de essentie eruit om monteurs efficiënt aan te sturen
  • Je vertaalt technische informatie naar duidelijke werkfiches en correcte werfaanmeldingen
  • Je coördineert installaties, interventies en herstellingen en zorgt voor een haalbare planning over heel België
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met monteurs, interne projectleiders en externe contactpersonen op de werf
  • Je houdt overzicht bij wijzigingen, onverwachte situaties en dringende tussenkomsten
  • Je denkt actief mee in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten vlot blijven verlopen

Jouw dag bij Heleblitz

Je start je dag met een duidelijk overzicht van de geplande werven en activiteiten. Je neemt de werfdossiers erbij, bekijkt wat er nodig is en zorgt ervoor dat monteurs met de juiste informatie en voorbereiding aan de slag kunnen.

Doorheen de dag volg je de planning nauw op en stuur je bij waar nodig. Een onverwachte interventie, een wijziging op de werf of een nieuwe klantvraag? Jij houdt het hoofd koel, zoekt naar oplossingen en zorgt dat iedereen goed geïnformeerd blijft. Dankzij jouw aanpak verloopt de samenwerking tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering vlot.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en ervaring binnen de bouw- of installatiesector
  • Je krijgt energie van een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, behoudt het overzicht en denkt graag vooruit
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en durft beslissingen nemen wanneer nodig
  • Je communiceert helder met verschillende stakeholders en werkt graag samen
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig (ervaring met Navision of Visual Planning is een plus)
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B
