Locatie Het Loo Oldebroek Jij zorgt dat het geregeld is. Als Werkvoorbereider / Planner bij Vrijzon zorg je ervoor dat onze opdrachten van offerte tot afgerond project soepel verlopen. Je houdt overzicht, regelt materialen, bereidt het werk voor en zorgt dat onze monteurs goed voorbereid op pad gaan. Vrijzon installeert thuisbatterijen, zonnepanelen, laadpalen, airco's en warmtepompen voor particulieren en het mkb in de regio. We werken veel aan kleinere projecten met korte doorlooptijden. Dat betekent snel schakelen en meerdere opdrachten tegelijk in goede banen leiden. We zijn een klein, betrokken en nuchter team. We werken samen, schakelen snel en houden het graag simpel. Wat ga je doen? - Je neemt verkochte opdrachten over en bereidt deze voor. - Je maakt werkbonnen en zorgt dat monteurs goed voorbereid op pad gaan. - Je bestelt materialen en bewaakt de leveringen en voorraad. - Je stemt werkzaamheden af met klanten, leveranciers en collega's. - Je controleert werk- en afleverbonnen en maakt opdrachten klaar voor facturatie. - Daarnaast ondersteun je waar nodig bij verkoop en werkzaamheden op de binnendienst. Wat breng je mee? - MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau, richting Techniek - Affiniteit met techniek en duurzame energie. - Je bent een regelaar en houdt makkelijk overzicht. - Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en denkt vooruit. - Je schakelt makkelijk tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed. - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een pré. - Rijbewijs B - Een goed salaris tussen afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - Een bonus bovenop je salaris, afhankelijk van ons gezamenlijke succes. - 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen. - 8% vakantiegeld en een goede pensioenregeling. - Een belangrijke rol binnen ons team, met veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. - De mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen met opleidingen en trainingen. - Een gezellige vrijdagmiddagborrel en diverse leuke teamuitjes. ...
