EVOKE BESTAAT20+ JAAR ! - Werkvoorbereider Planner Maintenance MBO / HBO (Bachelor) Jij zorgt dat onderhoudswerk soepel van planning naar uitvoering gaat. Je houdt overzicht over werkorders, monteurs, materialen en capaciteit. Met jouw technische inzicht en strakke planning zorg je dat onderhoud veilig, efficiënt en volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider Planner Maintenance bereid je onderhoudswerkzaamheden volledig voor en bewaak je de planning. Je bepaalt de scope, maakt ramingen en zorgt dat materialen, procedures en werkvergunningen op tijd geregeld zijn. Je werkt dagelijks samen met monteurs, productie, technische dienst en externe partijen. Je bepaalt prioriteiten, houdt de voortgang in de gaten en stuurt de planning bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Ook kijk je vooruit. Je herkent knelpunten in de planning, zorgt voor voldoende capaciteit en helpt onderhoudsstops zo efficiënt mogelijk te organiseren. - Bepalen van de aard en omvang van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en inschatten van manuren, doorlooptijd en kosten; - Voorbereiden van werkorders en zorgen dat materialen, gereedschappen, procedures en werkvergunningen op tijd beschikbaar zijn; - Opstellen van de korte- en lange termijnplanning voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Afstemmen van de werkvolgorde en prioriteiten met de verschillende vakdisciplines; - Begeleiden van monteurs bij de start van werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een duidelijke overdracht; - Dagelijks schakelen met productie, technische dienst, opdrachtgevers en contractors over de planning; - Bewaken van de voortgang van werkorders en direct bijsturen wanneer de planning verandert; - Signaleren van capaciteitsproblemen en regelen van extra ondersteuning wanneer dat nodig is; - Aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes voor materialen en externe werkzaamheden en selecteren van de juiste partij; - Plannen en ondersteunen van onderhoudsstops, waarbij een kritieke pad analyse hel...
