Voor onze afdeling aftersales brandmeldsystemen in Kolham zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en proactieve Werkvoorbereider/ Projectleider. Voor onze afdeling Aftersales Brandmeldsystemen in Kolham zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Werkvoorbereider/ Projectleider. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, collega's, monteurs en projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden zorgvuldig worden voorbereid, gepland en afgestemd, zodat projecten soepel, efficiënt en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Dankzij jouw overzicht, organisatietalent en proactieve aanpak verloopt alles van voorbereiding tot oplevering gestructureerd en succesvol. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider/ Projectleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en afronding van projecten rondom brandmeld- en ontruimingsinstallaties. Je beoordeelt rapportages, stelt calculaties en offertes op en zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid zijn, zodat monteurs hun werkzaamheden efficiënt kunnen uitvoeren. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met klanten, plan je werkzaamheden in, stel je werkinstructies op en ondersteun je bij het opstellen van programma's van eisen en andere projectdocumentatie. Je bewaakt de voortgang, verzorgt de benodigde certificering, voert nacalculaties uit en verwerkt projectadministratie in Syntess. Wat vragen wij? - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Een gestructureerde en proactieve werkhouding; - Interesse in of kennis van brandmeldinstallaties en relevante regelgeving; - Ervaring met Office en bij voorkeur ERP-systeme...
