Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou. Voor een professioneel bouwbedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider / Junior Projectleider Bouw. In deze functie ben je betrokken bij bouwprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je ondersteunt bij de werkvoorbereiding, onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers en bewaakt samen met het projectteam de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Verzorgen van de werkvoorbereiding van bouwprojecten; Opstellen en bewaken van planningen; Controleren van tekeningen en technische gegevens; Aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes; Ondersteunen bij inkooptrajecten; Contact onderhouden met leveranciers, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers; Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten van projecten; Ondersteunen van de projectleider tijdens de uitvoering.
