Functieomschrijving Als Werkvoorbereider/Projectleider ben je van A tot Z betrokken bij diverse bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en collega's om de mooiste resultaten te realiseren. Je neemt de leiding over meerdere projecten en zorgt ervoor dat deze binnen planning en budget worden opgeleverd. Wat maakt deze functie uniek? Over de organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een gerenommeerd bouwbedrijf met bijna een eeuw aan ervaring in de bouw- en verbouwsector van exclusieve woningen en bedrijfspanden. Dit familiebedrijf, met circa 35 medewerkers, staat bekend om zijn vakmanschap, passie en persoonlijke benadering. De organisatiecultuur is laagdrempelig met korte communicatielijnen, ruimte voor eigen initiatief en volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Door de continue groei en vraag naar maatwerkprojecten zijn zij op zoek naar versterking van het team in de vorm van een Werkvoorbereider/Projectleider.
