Werkvoorbereider/Projectleider Voor het vaste team van Daad Bouw zijn wij op zoek naar een werkvoorbereider/projectleider. Nu hoor ik je denken, zijn dit nu twee functies in één? Dat klopt! Daad Bouw groeit en wil graag uitbreiden. Bij Daad Bouw geloven we in het nemen van verantwoordelijkheid van begin tot eind van een project. Ben jij degene die een project kan voorbereiden en ook het project graag tot een goed einde leidt. Dan is dit dé functie voor jou! Als werkvoorbereider/projectleider bij Daadbouw krijg je je eigen project(en) - denk aan een aanbouw of totaalrenovatie van een woonhuis. Op basis van de getekende offerte bereid jij het werk voor. Tijdens de bouw plan je de leveranciers in en zorg je voor de materialen op de bouw in samenwerking met de timmermannen op de bouw. Je houdt het meer-en minderwerk van het project bij en bespreekt de voortgang van de bouw met de klant. Het wordt echt jouw project! Gevraagd - Afgeronde opleiding in de bouw (MBO4/HBO) - Enkele jaren werkervaring óf heel veel zin om te leren - Je hebt een VCA VOL certificaat of bent bereidt deze te halen - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B/BE - Je houdt van een hecht team en wil graag bijdragen aan het opbouwen van Daad Bouw Aanbod Salaris: €3500 - 5.000 p/m (bruto), volgens CAO Bouw.
