The posting

Voor een productiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in aluminium ramen en deuren zijn we op zoek naar een werkvoorbereider met een sterke technische achtergrond en een passie voor nauwkeurige planning. In deze functie ben je de verbindingsfiguur tussen interne collega’s, professionele klanten (voornamelijk overheidsopdrachten) en de productieafdeling.

Als werkvoorbereider werk je vanuit een volledig binnendienstgerichte functie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vlot en correct verwerken van bestellingen, offertes en technische specificaties. Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en denkt actief mee over de uitvoerbaarheid van projecten. Daarnaast zorg je voor technische tekeningen en begeleid je het proces tot in de productie, waarbij je ook afwijkingen detecteert en mee oplost. Je werkt met moderne tekenprogramma’s zoals AutoCAD en hebt een sterke focus op precisie en klantgerichtheid.

- Je behaalde een professionele bachelor in Houttechnologie of Bouw, of beschikt over een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring

- Je hebt minstens één jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, liefst binnen ramen/deuren of projectwerk

- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en kan je in beperkte mate uitdrukken in het Frans

- Je hebt ervaring met AutoCAD en kan technische tekeningen maken en interpreteren

- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt een sterk technisch inzicht

- Je bent klantgericht, denkt oplossingsgericht mee met klanten en productie

- Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in een coördinerende rol

- Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt graag met administratieve processen

- Affiniteit met overheidsopdrachten of maatwerkprojecten is een pluspunt
