Dan weet je dat alleen een goede planning niet genoeg is. Bestaande gebouwen brengen verrassingen met zich mee en soms vraagt de praktijk om een andere aanpak dan vooraf bedacht. Als Werkvoorbereider Renovatie houd jij het overzicht, denk je vooruit en je dat de uitvoering door kan. Wat ga jij doen? Je bent betrokken bij de volledige voorbereiding van renovatieprojecten binnen de bestaande woningbouw. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de projectleider, uitvoerder en bewonersbegeleider. Je controleert de technische uitwerking, regelt de benodigde materialen en zorgt dat iedereen tijdig over de juiste informatie beschikt. Ook tijdens de uitvoering blijf je betrokken en werk je volgens de principes van Resultaatgericht Samenwerken (RGS).
