Als Werkvoorbereider Renovatie ben jij de spil tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat renovatie- en transformatieprojecten optimaal worden voorbereid, zodat de uitvoering soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, tekenaars en onderaannemers om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. Jouw technische kennis en oog voor detail maken het verschil in de kwaliteit en planning van complexe renovatieprojecten. In deze rol krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen tot senior werkvoorbereider of door te groeien naar een functie als projectleider. De organisatie investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen, trainingen en begeleiding door ervaren collega's. Je krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en jouw carrière vorm te geven. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Uitwerken van bestekken en technische tekeningen voor renovatieprojecten; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde calculaties en begrotingen; - Aanvragen van offertes bij onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Maken van werk- en uitvoeringsplanningen in overleg met de projectleider; - Uitvoeren van bouwplaatsbezoeken en inventarisaties van bestaande situaties; - Adviseren over technische uitvoeringsmethoden en materiaalgebruik; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid tijdens de voorbereidingsfase; - Afstemmen met betrokken partijen zoals architecten, adviseurs en opdrachtgevers.
