Dura Vermeer Werkvoorbereider Renovatie Job Location Groningen , Netherlands Job Description Ben jij de Werkvoorbereider die wij voor de voorbereiding en tijdens de uitvoering van onze renovatieprojecten zoeken? Als werkvoorbereider (of zoals wij je bij Dura Vermeer noemen: BIM Engineer) bij Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed krijg jij de kans om je nóg verder te ontwikkelen, met name op het gebied van renovatie en verduurzaming, terwijl je uitdagende projecten in en rond Groningen en Drenthe aanpakt. Dit wordt jouw baan Jij zorgt voor de organisatie en voortgang van de projecten. Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor de (tijds)planning, werkschema's, inkoopvoorbereidingen, meerwerkcalculaties en een zorgvuldige administratieve afhandeling. Je houdt scherp toezicht op tijd, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en stemt alle disciplines (bouwkundig, constructief en installaties) tot in detail op elkaar af. Op die manier bereid je zelfstandig verschillende renovatie-projecten voor. Jij hebt de regie in eigen handen voor dit proces en bent de rechterhand van de projectleider. Ook de technische uitwerking van deze projecten ligt in jouw handen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden worden georganiseerd voor de uitvoering, waarbij je werkt met behulp van de moderne hulpmiddelen en/of software.
