Als Werkvoorbereider Renovatie ben jij de spil in de voorbereiding van renovatie- en verbouwprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed worden uitgewerkt voordat de uitvoering start, zodat het team op de bouwplaats direct aan de slag kan. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en onderaannemers om ervoor te zorgen dat alles klopt: van de planning tot de inkoop van materialen en de technische uitwerking. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over de werkvoorbereiding en zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde informatie op tijd beschikbaar is. Daarnaast houd je rekening met de specifieke uitdagingen die komen kijken bij renovatieprojecten, zoals het werken in bewoonde situaties, asbest, constructieve aanpassingen en het combineren van oud en nieuw. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het uitwerken van renovatieprojecten op basis van tekeningen, bestekken en contracten; - Het opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplanningen en het bewaken van de voortgang; - Het inkopen van materialen en het aanvragen van offertes bij onderaannemers; - Het maken van calculaties en het bewaken van de begroting tijdens de voorbereiding; - Het afstemmen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en andere betrokken partijen; - Het signaleren van risico's en het bedenken van oplossingen voor technische uitdagingen; - Het zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte werkvoorbereiding, inclusief het opstellen van veiligheidsplannen.
