Voor een architectenbureau in de regio Gistel zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider Renovatie die structuur brengt, initiatief neemt en graag meebouwt aan kwaliteitsvolle projecten. Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Voorbereiden en uitwerken van renovatieprojecten, van opmeting tot uitvoeringsdossier.
  • Uitwerken van plannen en details in overleg met de projectverantwoordelijke.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van meetstaten, bestekken en prijsaanvragen.
  • Voorbereiden en administratief opvolgen van dossiers voor omgevingsvergunningen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van de werken en meedenken in werfopvolging.
  • Structureren en beheren van projectdossiers, plannen en bijhorende documentatie.

Je komt terecht in een klein en betrokken team waar samenwerking, vertrouwen en vakmanschap primeren. Geen logge structuren, wel ruimte voor initiatief, verantwoordelijkheid en inhoudelijke groei.   • Je hebt een bouwkundige achtergrond of relevante ervaring binnen renovatie en architectuur.
  • Tekenwerk en technische uitwerking geven je energie; ervaring met CAD- en 3D-tools is een plus.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers.
  • Zelfstandig werken gaat je goed af, maar je functioneert ook vlot binnen een team.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met collega’s en externe partners.
