Als werkvoorbereider renovatie ben jij de spil in het voorbereidingsproces van diverse renovatieprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project goed doordacht en georganiseerd van start gaat, zodat de uitvoering soepel verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van tekeningen en bestekken naar werkbare planningen en calculaties. Daarnaast houd je rekening met de specifieke uitdagingen die renovatieprojecten met zich meebrengen, zoals het werken in bewoonde situaties en het omgaan met bestaande constructies. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het analyseren van bestekken, tekeningen en contracten voor renovatieprojecten; - Het opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplanningen en materiaalbehoeften; - Het aanvragen van benodigde vergunningen en het coördineren van keuringen; - Het maken van calculaties en het bewaken van budgetten; - Het organiseren van bouwplaatsinrichting en logistiek voor renovatieprojecten; - Het selecteren en aansturen van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Het afstemmen met bewoners, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen; - Het signaleren van risico's en het bedenken van praktische oplossingen.

Je krijgt volop ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de organisatie. Er zijn concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld de functie van projectleider of senior werkvoorbereider.
