Deze vacature is misschien precies wat je zoekt. Introductie Wij zoeken een accurate en gestructureerde werkvoorbereider die ervaring heeft in zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie en onderhoudsprojecten! Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een middelgroot bouwbedrijf en vooral actief in de renovatie en verbouw voor corporaties maar ook voor de zakelijke en particuliere markt. Daarnaast is zij ook actief in kleinschalige nieuwbouw. Haar werkgebied is Noord Holland en Zuid Holland. Functie In de functie van zelfstandig werkvoorbereider ben je betrokken bij zowel renovatie, onderhoud als nieuwbouw. Projecten starten vanaf een bouwsom van 1 miljoen euro. Je draagt zorg voor de technische en organisatorische werkvoorbereiding, vervaardigt de werkvoorbereidings- en leveringsschema's en bereidt de inkoop voor. Je stelt de overeenkomsten op voor onderaanneming en toeleveranciers en bewaakt deze. Waar nodig pas je de tekeningen aan, voer je de projectadministratie en houd je het meer- en minderwerk bij. Functie-eisen Je bent minimaal in het bezit van een diploma MTS Bouwkunde. Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn de volgende eigenschappen van belang: betrouwbaarheid, nauwkeurigheid, communicatieve vaardigheden, analytisch vermogen, gevoel voor prioriteiten en sterk ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden. Voor deze functie ben je woonachtig in Noord-Holland, met een voorkeur voor de regio boven het Noordzeekanaal.
