En wil je werken bij een stabiele aannemer met een sterke reputatie in de regio? Dan hebben wij een mooie vaste baan voor jou. Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een goede relatie van Centerpoint en heeft een goede naam in de markt als bouwonderneming en groeit gestaag. Functie In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische én organisatorische voorbereiding van uiteenlopende projecten: van scholen en zorginstellingen tot kantoor- en woningbouw. Je zorgt dat alles klopt voordat de eerste schop de grond in gaat. Dat betekent tekeningen controleren, materialen inkopen, planning afstemmen en slimme werkmethoden ontwikkelen. Bij renovatieprojecten voer je zelf opnames en controles uit en bewaak je het meer- en minderwerk. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, uitvoerder en calculator. Je hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat het project soepel verloopt binnen budget en planning.
