Dan voel jij je als werkvoorbereider binnen renovatie en onderhoud waarschijnlijk snel thuis. In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat projecten van begin tot eind goed zijn voorbereid. Je bent nauw betrokken bij renovatie-, onderhouds- en verduurzamingsprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering buiten zonder verrassingen kan verlopen. Je stelt planningen op, verzorgt de inkoop, stemt werkzaamheden af met leveranciers en onderaannemers en zorgt dat materialen en informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je werkt intensief samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en andere collega's binnen het projectteam. Daarbij denk je actief mee over slimme oplossingen, een efficiënte aanpak en de beste manier om projecten succesvol te realiseren. Tijdens de uitvoering blijf je betrokken, houd je overzicht over de voortgang en schakel je snel wanneer situaties veranderen. Juist de combinatie van techniek, organiseren en samenwerken maakt deze functie afwisselend. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen werk je aan projecten die bijdragen aan toekomstbestendig en duurzaam vastgoed.
