Als Werkvoorbereider werk je aan renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten in Groningen, Friesland en Drenthe. Je bereidt niet alleen werkzaamheden voor, maar denkt ook mee over de technische oplossingen die nodig zijn om bestaande woningen en gebouwen toekomstbestendig te maken. Denk aan de verduurzaming van woningen in Groningse wijken als Paddepoel, Selwerd en Vinkhuizen of de transformatie van voormalige zorggebouwen in Zuidlaren naar zelfstandige appartementen. Je werkt bij een ontwikkelende bouwer die zowel nieuwbouw als bestaande bouw onder één dak heeft. Je staat dicht bij de uitvoering en kunt rechtstreeks overleggen met de Uitvoerder en Projectleider. Daardoor zie je hoe jouw voorbereiding op de bouwplaats uitpakt en kun je snel schakelen wanneer de praktijk anders blijkt dan de tekening. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Je werkt aan de voorbereiding van een renovatieproject waarbij bestaande woningen worden geïsoleerd en verduurzaamd. De tekeningen liggen klaar, maar tijdens de voorbereiding blijkt dat een bestaande constructie om een andere oplossing vraagt. Je bespreekt de mogelijkheden met de Uitvoerder en werkt een oplossing uit die technisch haalbaar is en past binnen de planning en het budget. Vervolgens vergelijk je offertes van onderaannemers en stem je de levering van materialen af. Omdat bewoners tijdens de renovatie mogelijk in hun woning blijven, houd je ook rekening met de volgorde van de werkzaamheden. Aan het einde van de dag bespreek je de voortgang met de Projectleider. Zijn alle technische vragen beantwoord en kunnen de collega's op de bouwplaats verder?
