Als werkvoorbereider renovatie en transformatie ben jij de spil tussen calculatie en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch perfect voorbereid worden, zodat de uitvoering soepel kan verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en onderaannemers om ervoor te zorgen dat alles klopt: van de planning tot de materialen, van de tekeningen tot de veiligheidsmaatregelen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het uitwerken van bestekken en tekeningen tot gedetailleerde werkplannen en uitvoeringstekeningen; - Het maken van calculaties en begrotingen voor renovatie- en transformatieprojecten; - Het aanvragen van vergunningen en het coördineren van het contact met gemeenten en andere instanties; - Het opstellen van realistische planningen en het bewaken van de voortgang tijdens de uitvoering; - Het selecteren en aansturen van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Het adviseren over bouwmethoden, materialen en duurzame oplossingen; - Het signaleren van risico's en het bedenken van praktische oplossingen; - Het verzorgen van technische overdrachten naar de uitvoering.

Wat deze functie zo uitdagend maakt, is de diversiteit aan projecten. De ene week werk je aan de transformatie van een kantoorpand naar appartementen, de andere week bereid je een grootschalige renovatie voor een woningcorporatie voor. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat maakt het werk afwisselend en interessant. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over de beste aanpak en jouw technische kennis in te zetten om projecten succesvol te maken. Daarnaast biedt deze functie volop doorgroeimogelijkheden.
