Met een team van vakspecialisten en een nuchtere mentaliteit leveren we kwaliteit waar onze opdrachtgevers op kunnen bouwen. Voor uitbreiding van ons team zoeken wij een Werkvoorbereider met hart voor de zaak. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen kantoor en bouwplaats. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt op kwaliteit, planning en kosten en weet als geen ander hoe je mensen in beweging krijgt. Je werkt aan diverse projecten: aan zowel nieuwbouw als renovatieprojecten, indrukwekkende bedrijfspanden tot high-end villa's. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jouw rol is breed: ● Je vertaalt plannen naar praktische aanpakken; ● Je stelt strakke planningen en werkschema's op; ● Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en uitvoerders; ● Je stuurt onderaannemers aan en bewaakt de voortgang; ● Je signaleert knelpunten en schakelt snel; ● Je denkt mee over procesverbetering en innovatie; ● Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen kan bouwen op jouw voorbereiding.
