Als Werkvoorbereider Renovatie & Transformatie speel jij een cruciale rol in de voorbereiding van grote en technisch uitdagende projecten. Van verouderde flat tot monumentaal pand of complete wijkvernieuwing: jij zorgt dat de uitvoering soepel verloopt en collega's weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Jouw rol als Werkvoorbereider Installatietechniek In deze rol ben jij dé verbindende factor tussen engineering, projectleiding en uitvoering. Jij vertaalt de plannen naar de praktijk en zorgt dat materialen, planningen en werkmappen tot in detail kloppen. Je werkt nauw samen met monteurs, leveranciers, projectleiders en natuurlijk onze klanten. Wat je zoal doet op een dag: - Voorbereiden van installatietechnische projecten (CV, MV, WTW, warmtepompen); - Opstellen van materiaalstaten en werkinstructies; - Aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes; - Maken en bewaken van projectplanningen; - Overleg met projectleiders en uitvoerders; - Signaleren van knelpunten en tijdig bijsturen; - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Borgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid in de voorbereiding.
