Functie inhoud Als Werkvoorbereider Ruwbouw ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van bouwprojecten. Je controleert tekeningen, bereidt werkzaamheden voor, vraagt offertes op en zorgt dat materialen en onderaannemers tijdig worden geregeld. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en uitvoerder en bent betrokken bij het volledige bouwproces. Vanuit jouw technische kennis signaleer je knelpunten vroegtijdig en zorg je dat de uitvoering goed voorbereid aan de slag kan. De projecten zijn veelzijdig en bevatten onder andere funderingen, betonconstructies, prefab elementen, staalconstructies en vloeren. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt volop ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Functie eisen - Mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde; - Ervaring als Werkvoorbereider, bij voorkeur binnen de ruwbouw; - Technisch en organisatorisch sterk; - Communicatief vaardig en praktisch ingesteld. Geboden wordt - €4.000 - €5.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Goede pensioenregeling en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden; - Werken aan uitdagende woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten.
