Werken bij Omexom Werkvoorbereider (Senior) - Standplaats Dordrecht - Dienstverband 40 uur - Werkniveau Professionals - Salarisindicatie Jij zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voordat de eerste schop de grond in gaat, en je doet dat midden op het project. Wat je doet? Als Werkvoorbereider bij Omexom Projecten Zuid-West werk je in een vast projectteam. Je start op ons project in Geertruidenberg en gaat daarna door naar andere projecten in Zuid-West-Nederland. Je standplaats is steeds het project zelf, zodat je direct kunt schakelen met uitvoerders, monteurs en onderaannemers. Het werkvoorbereidersteam beweegt steeds meer richting het vrije domein: projecten voor industriele klanten, energieparken, batterijopslag en grootverbruikers die zelf hun aansluiting of installatie laten realiseren. Die klanten vragen om snelheid, flexibiliteit en meedenken, en daarin heb jij een sleutelrol. - Je vertaalt het ontwerp naar een uitvoerbaar plan: werkpakketten, planning, materiaal en mensen. - Je regelt inkoop, bestellingen en de afstemming met leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Je zorgt voor vergunningen, V&G-documenten, werkinstructies en LMRA's. - Je bewaakt voortgang, budget en meerwerk samen met de projectleider. - Je zorgt dat de revisie en de oplevering van het dossier op orde zijn.
